PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Packages are entirely customizable according to your demands. The quotations & services are tentative till the time of booking. Please keep every important conversation in written form alongside verbal discussions.
BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & TRAVELLING DOCUMENTS
Bookings will be confirmed only upon receiving the initial amount mandated by Himalayan Endless Journey.
Payments can be made online & offline. Please visit our payment page.
Identity proof and payment screenshot is obligatory for further booking process.
Confirmation voucher will be issued within 72 hours of payment date. Please keep soft copy of voucher saved on your phone/tabs/laptops. In case of flights & trains, hard copy is mandatory.
While travelling please carry identity proofs, passport size photographs (esp for Leh & North East) and vehicle documents in case of private transportation. For international travel do not forget to carry Passport & Visa (if country doesn’t have upon arrival Visa policy).
Token amount is accepted but further instalments must be cleared in accordance to the payment policies.
50 % of the total booking amount must be transacted to Himalayan Endless Journey before 15 Days of Departure Date.
Travellers must complete their entire booking amount on the day of arrival.
Himalayan Endless Journey reserves the right to cancel the package due to insufficient amount.
Please do not make any payments to third party vendors without acknowledging us.
Please follow the guidelines and timetables shared by Himalayan Endless Journey / hoteliers / transporters or our any of our business partners as to avoid any inconveniences arising during the tour.
Himalayan Endless journey may have to make few alternations during your tour. These amendments will be in travellers’ favour itself and will ensure hassle-free transportation and stay. The reasons for
such changes can be anything occurring on the spot such as force majeure, strikes, closed roads, renovation at hotel etc.
Extra services will be subject to availability and extra cost. This includes early check-in/out, pick up or drop services other than stated point, luggage charges in Volvo and flights, tour guides etc.
Generally, base category rooms will be allotted to you unless until specified in the voucher.
Taxi will be used according to the schedule given in the voucher unless until specified on disposable / 24 x 7 basis.
Hoteliers may apply charges upon availing certain amenities available at the hotel. These faculties & amenities can be as telephone bills, laundry, parking, wi-fi, room mini bar, room heater, inhouse games, Massages & spas, Gala Dinner and etc The charges for the same will be settled between you and the Hoteliers directly.
Certain tourist destinations especially developing & remote areas lack in infrastructure, service standards and hospitality. At such places hotels and vehicles are limited, have only basic facilities and lack star category services.
Guests are requested to understand such geographical differences and offer their full co-operation with us.
Himalayan endless Journey will hold no liabilities in case hoteliers, airlines or government authorities restrict the travellers from check- ins, boarding the flight or entering into certain premises respectively due to their policies.
Any services availed directly from third party without acknowledging Himalayan Endless Journey will be solely the matter between you and the service provider.
We shall not be responsible for any loss of lives and property caused due to behaviour of travellers, natural calamities or political affairs.
Verbal Abuses & Violent behaviour by the travellers will not be entertained and Himalayan Endless Journey will reserve the right to terminate the service immediately.
Himalayan Endless Journey ensures that everything goes as planned. However, if the travellers feel they are facing some service issues, please notify us immediately. We will try it resolve it as soon as possible and take care of such incidences in future too.
CANCELLATIONS, AMENDMENTS & REFUNDS
Cancellations & Amendments can be made 15 Days prior to the journey, keeping natural calamities & political disturbances as exceptions.
Please acknowledge all cancellations & amendments in written form, alongside verbal discussions.
No Refunds for No shows, un-availed services or anything else which is not in accordance with Himalayan Endless Journey’s policies & its third party providers.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to journey – Reduction of Service Charges only.
Cancellations made 15 Days prior to journey – 50 % Refundable.
Token Amount & Cancellations made within 15 Days of journey date – Non Refundable.
Above refund policies do not include 5 * Hotels and Group Packages. Please consult us directly for the same.
All Amendments will be subject to hotel/flights/train tickets availabilities and may cause variation in overall tour package cost.
